SERVICE DELIVERY

Our aftercare services are provided locally. Depending on the arrangement you choose, we pick up your pet from your home or your veterinary clinic and return your pet's remains to you in person, to your veterinary clinic, or by delivery to your address. Timing is confirmed with you when the arrangement is made.

MERCHANDISE SHIPPING

Orders for urns and memorial merchandise are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Personalized and custom items can take longer, and we will let you know the expected timing when you order. Orders ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking, and any shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase. We currently ship within the United States.

LOCAL PICKUP

You are welcome to pick up merchandise and your pet's remains at our location: 6620 Storm Cat Lane, Ste 101, Burleson, TX 76028.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will make it right.
